Avante at Wilkesboro is a warm and inviting, 120-bed facility located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Our therapy department is staffed with 14, full-time employees and rehabilitation therapy is offered 7 days per week. In order to make the transition process as easy as possible, we admit residents 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
