Avante at Charlotte is located in downtown Charlotte within close proximity of two major Acute Care Hospitals. We offer therapeutic rehabilitative services seven days a week and have a spacious ADL Suite where rehab patients may practice daily functions in a room simulated to replicate a home environment. Our therapists develop a plan of care and goals specific to the patient’s discharge plan and work toward this end: a safe, planned discharge to home.
