At Avante, our mission is to put people first. This enables us to produce the best outcome possible for our clients. We provide the communities we serve with excellent short and long term care. Avante manages blood drives, hosts health fairs, sponsors local families during the holidays, and we participate in local sport leagues. Avante is committed to making each community a better place.

Because our services are based on need, not choice, Avante's goal is to make rehabilitation as pleasant and rewarding as possible for each patient. One way we do this is by accepting admissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We work on your schedule not ours. Another way we do this is through skilled rehabilitative services. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy on site seven days per week. It is a proven fact; patients improve with skilled therapy intervention.

Before patients return home, we provide them with home-safety assessments in which an Avante therapist visits their home. This enables the patient and family members to see firsthand how the patient will function when back at home. Our goal is to restore patients functions and return them to the home environment.

However, sometimes a patient will need to stay at Avante longer than anticipated. We can accommodate short and long-term placement. We have many community activates for our residents planned each month. All of our facilities are equipped with computers and Internet access for our resident to enjoy at their leisure. We strive to make our facilities feel as much like a home as possible.
